Strawberry Pie

1 cup sugar
3 T cornstarch
1 cup water
3 T strawberry Jello (less, if sugar free)
2 cups sliced strawberries
pie shell, baked

In a saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch, add water and stir. Cook on
medium heat and stir until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from
heat, add gelatin and stir. Add strawberries. Pour into cooled, baked
pie crust and refrigerate. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
