Sounds similar to my chicken pot roast. :-) Sounds delicious too. I've
not added olives to a lot of recipes but I'm gradually adding them to my
armantaria. <g> They are utterly fabulous in anything tomato for sure.

The only thing I'd add to the above would be a couple of quartered small
onions.
