I have some Balsamic glaze that I've just used recently on a salad, and
it's *magnifico*!!
I'd only use a little of the glaze, mostly EVOO, some chilli,
garlic........ mmmmmmmmmmmm, what else??!!
Sounds great just like that!!
*Another* experiment coming up!! ;-)
