Well, there is always turkey ham... :-)
I had an Israeli friend when I was in college. He was eating lunch at my
house one day and I offered him a turkey ham sandwich. He did hesitate
as he actually did eat kosher so I showed him the package label and
assured him that I'd never be that rude!
