Today is a lazy dinner day. Dinner will be a burger with swiss cheese. If
I feel inspired I might saute some button mushrooms and turn it into a
mushroom-swiss burger

I've been using the old Tupperware hamburger press
set my mother gave me 20-something years ago to form and freeze hamburger
patties. I knew this would come in handy one day! Ah yes! Get beef ground
in bulk, then form and freeze into patties, stored neatly sealed and stacked
in the freezer. <G>
I'll bake some of the Publix (store) brand skinny "fast-food style" fries to
go with the burger. They turn out crispy outside and tender inside.
They're as good as any fries McD's ever made, except they're baked, not deep
fried.
