Believe it or not, we had burgers a couple of nights before ... ones
that we hand ground for the first time using this manual grinder.
They were great but that was a chore. That's why I'm expecting
a new electric grinder to show up in a couple of weeks (they're
backordered).

I like your grilled onions. I like to saute some onions and mushrooms
to have on hand for burgers and steaks during the summer.
