I hate to break it to you dude.......there is no magic pill, no magic
formula. And real food has no non benificial or unnecessary
substances. The body takes what it needs and passes the rest through
the gut and the fiber cleans the gut on the way out.
Nothing really goes to waste, it all has a purpose.

Just eat fresh whole live foods. That's the best and healthiest
'diet'.
