I *love* coconut milk. I try to keep lots on hand just in
case. I buy it at an Asian market that has it a lot cheaper
than in the supermarket. They're not that convenient to get to
so I stock up when I go. The main 3 things I buy there are 10lb.
bags of jasmine rice, which I use for everything just about, the
coconut milk, and Thai sweet chili sauce, which I use on almost
everything I would normally put ketchup on - which is a lot of
things.
