You mean _animal_ protein. Seeds are full of protein.
And you are attributing how you feel to your diet, which may not
be the case at all. The body is incredibly versatile. You can
be healthy eating almost anything. I know of sickly carnies and
sickly herbies. And vice-versa.
Mindset, attitude, is the key. And as long as you believe,
and there is a _lot_ of social pressure to do so, that only
animal products taste good and will make you healthy and
strong, then that will be what you experience.
You will not be able to have a good mindset/attitude about
your body and life unless you eat animal products.
