I have boiled dried ones (kidney and small garbanzoavailable in Indian
store) and used some and froze some in the past.
I learned how to make "Rajma" from an Indian friend and the small
garbanzo one (Burmanized Indian dish) from a Burmese friend. Both
dish use serious spice. I haven't made Rajma for a long time. May be I
will feel like eating that dish again in summer.
