Hey Steve,

Wow an 18" trout! They wouldn't come too much bigger than that I
wouldn't have thought - well maybe in a farmed environment but not in
the wild at least. Please correct me if I am wrong though - don't get
too many trout where I live

18" isn't all that big for a trout....only around 4-5lbs

Considering you can get rainbows in the wild up to 20 lbs

I love baked trout ;-)
