addtl garlic, pinch of salt, and so to cook. Oh, and 1/4 tsp of
B'harat seasoning. Sorry I forgot that.
Sides: Chopped spinach with lemon, converted into a fozelek with sour
cream. White beans tuscany style, with minced onion and rendered
bacon.
Wine? Prob a Leanyka or a Grey Friar, maybe a LindenLeaf from Hungary.
