I did mention meringue shells in my initial post in this thread. The
cheesecake in brioche you mention reminds me of my method for strawberry
tart: I make a tart shell, fill it with sweetened whipped cream cheese and
cream, and top it with strawberries which I glaze with melted red-currant
jelly.
