So far as I know, you need a flour mill to do this, a blender
or food processor doesn't work.
Whole teff can be cooked up into a sort of a porridge. I haven't
quite figured out the best thing to do with it. If I just
substitute it for cous-cous, the result is not quite right.
Plus it is expensive.
