It looks good and I'd eat it but it doesn't look much like Uno's. I
do mine in a cast iron pan. I put the dough in the pan and lay slices
of cheese over that and add the toppings. Then the sauce over that.
I've also found a super hot oven isn't the way to go. I've used many
recipes and I always come back to this one but I only bake at 400.
Uno's takes your order while you're waiting for a table because they
take so long to bake.
I'm surprised nobody has bitched that Chicago deep dish isn't pizza.
