I think every family has their own version of stuffing. My mothers had pork
sausage, raisons, apples, celery and onions in it. My aunt always made an
oyster stuffing that I loved. Last year I experimented with a stuffing that had
dried cranberries and walnuts in it, and though I thought it was great-it
didn't go over with my brother who whined about how great Mom's stuffing was
and why couldn't I make it like she did? sheesh!! oh well--you can't please
everyone.
