What t do with "pink" chicken?
Bought a lot ot chicken breasts (boneless, skinless).
I grilled them in a pan and thought they were done. Cooled them and
then but them in the refrig.
Today I went to cut them in cubes and noticed that some of them were
slightly pink on the inside - not raw, or even near raw.
I want to play safe. My intent was to freeze the cubes and then
defrost as needed.
Can I bake, broil, pan fry to make them safe? and then freeze them?
