The con is that all of them are fairly expensive. So far Nutrisystem
appears to be the cheapest but that just may be appearances. I haven't
tried any of them, I am resigned to being a pot-bellied old man. <G>

Actually I'm quite comfortable in this old stretched-out skin, I've been
