Stick with the Weight Watchers. It's the cheapest option overall
(significantly!!), and it teaches you how to read food labels and make
better food choices (as well as portion control). Getting your meals
delivered to you every week doesn't give you the skills you need to be able
to maintain your weight loss after you're done with the program. I've used
WW and it works! And while I haven't paid for JC or NS before, I have tried
their meals and IMHO they were awful. Granted, that was a long time ago --
hopefully they've improved their formulations. And nobody I know that has
used JC or NS has ever maintained their weight loss after stopping the
program. Not one. I've used WW and it works! Besides, it's a heck of a
lot easier to get back on the bandwagon with WW when you've fallen off. If
you're lucky and can "join" when they're offering free enrollment, WW
becomes nearly free. You don't actually need to pay for and go to the
weekly meetings once you've gone to the first couple and have learned how to
do their program. I didn't really find them all that helpful but some
people like the encouragement that comes from the sharing aspect provided.
