Book: Charcuterie and French Swine Cookery?
Is this book worth obtaining? Too late now - I already ordered it.
I've never seen the book except advertised on Amazon as "Other
things I may be interested in" (and now it keeps offering me
spatulas, too - thanks blake! ;-). But at 300+ pages I figured
there must be something useful in there, so I did the impulse thing
and bought the damn spatula, too. And I know exactly where to send
it!
