Can't help you there, but I'm curious. It always seemed to me that if you
didn't care for vegetables/fruits, the juice wouldn't be a real turn-on
either. Also, you're left with all that pulp, and throwing it away seems
such a waste.
I've never heard of making a salad dressing with carrot juice. How much do
you use? Would using the water from cooking vegetables be a substitute?
