Thank you to whomever here suggested using sour cream in potato salad
instead of mayo. My wife used it, also omitting the vinegar, and it
was a hit at the Mothers' Day dinner. I can't judge myself because I
don't eat potato salad, but she was very pleased with the results, and
will do it that way in the future.
