When I had a quick squiz at her blog some months ago I was quite
impressed by the sorts of things she was managing to cook up -- was
going to post a link here at the time, but forgot about it. %-)

I gather that the only *fresh* thing she had during the voyage was a
squid which she caught somewhere in the Southern Ocean. (Sailors tend
to avoid reefs and shoals and islands where most fish hang out. :-)
