I was looking at ANDI (Aggregate Nutrient Density Index) scores
the other day, and Bok Choy is ranked at no. 4 after collards
(etc.), kale, and watercress. My thought was one could not live
on such things. It does sound like this woman consumed too much
of this good thing!
