Looks handy!

You do know I bought one of those Japanese Ginger graters, and gave one
to sis' for Christmas. <g>

She was delighted and knew exactly what it was! The brother in law's
commentary on it was "death to single use kitchen gadgets"... ;-)

It's all your fault 'cause said grater was just too cute! I got the
blue fish one. I have used it and I like it better than a regular
grater because it reserves the ginger juice created by grating.
