Oh, thanks for the reminder... we've had several frosts here now - I'd
better go out and freeze the remaining Rhubarb ASAP.
I grabbed some on Sunday night (g/f made Rhubarb and Apple crumble
with Besan flour) and noticed that most stalks were getting a little
limp.
