Roasting vegetables: your favourite method(s)?

I haven't tried frying it[*]. I have tried sauteeing it, and
find that unlike many other crucifers (broccoli/ini, cabbage, etc.)
it just doesn't sautee up that well. At least when I've tried.
So, we usually just steam it.
