Every dago street fair in the US serves saw-seege with with mata
sauce, onions n' peppers on grilled 'talian bread... and fer 50¢ x-try
will add the mozz to make it parm. Every decent guinea
restaurant/pizzeria the same. Personally I prefer they hold the mata
sauce.
