Same here. <g> Soft drinks have not been a menu item (at least for me)
for a very long time. Dad likes Dr. Pepper so I get him the diet stuff
to keep him off the sugar.
Ironically, sugar free cool-aid is! I love mostly the Black cherry
flavor and the fruit punch. Orange and lemon are also acceptable and in
fact, lemon cool-aid makes a fantabulous low calorie margarita mix!
I never buy any of the other flavors.
Cool-aid also is good for flavoring knox gelatin for making knox blox.
I'm considering those as christmas gifts this year.
