I'd not tip $2 for beer or house booze but I would for anything top
shelf. I typically order Boodles 2nis... doubles... I tip well to
ensure I get Boodles and that I get full measure... it's too easy to
water a 2ni.
I know they shouldn't but restaurants cheat with food all the time and
they certainly cheat with booze.
