Not surprisingly, I haven't tried every unit on the market, so I can't
say that mine is the best, but I am very happy with my Black & Decker
toaster oven, broiler, and convection oven. It cooks things nicely in
the broiler and convection modes and it works great as a toaster. Mine
is about two years old so I don't know if Black & Decker still makes
them, but I would be surprised if they don't.
