If you are willing to post it, I'd be appreciative. :-) Sweet potatoes
go in to loss leader mode during the holidays and are ever so
affordable. I generally just steam them and eat as is with butter and
salt but have been experimenting with them more lately.
The last item was sweet potato curry puffs and I've also mixed them with
eggs and spices to make fried patties.
