Next time (hopefully) I won't be rushed, and I'll get some pics.

The pooch enjoyed the leftovers today anyways :-)


I could even hear the potatos still crunching in her jaws!! (A 'feature'
of duck fat roasted potatos...... even after a night in the fridge, the
suckers are still crunchy!!)
