Actually that's an abortion only if the egg is fertilized. Also,
remember that beans, peas and any plant seed contains an embryo. That
goes for nuts, too.

Aex, who knows that one spends one's life looking for something to eat
while avoiding being eaten (we all lose this contest. The fungi always
win in the end.)
