Hey Mark......I'm certain that, if you look long enough and hard
enough at any particular component of any particular food you can find
a toxin that can possibly do harm.
Personally I don't focus on the possibility of harm simply because of
all these 'studies'. By the time you've obsessesd about all of them
you are down to air and water and both have toxins in them that can
kill you.
All things in moderation. I don't believe anyone eats the amount of
any particular food on a continuous basis that can actually cause the
conditions found in these studies.
Seriously, take a couple of steps back and look at the big picture.
Just sayin.......... ;-)
