I'm not too worried about turmeric (note that it isn't just curry, it's
what makes yellow mustard yellow), because I don't eat much of it. I'm
with you about not worrying about a lot of other stuff. But I take a
statin for cholesterol, and it says right on the prescription bottle not
to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice. Well, that's not too hard
for me to give up.
