You think tenants don't know that... duh... that's as dumb as dumb
gets. Putting something like that in an ad is inflammatory will only
attract the very worst kind of tenants. There is no way to dictate
what tenants cook or to know their personal hygiene habits... word to
the wise, never give a lease, keep it month to month... and never ever
tell tenants what irks you.
