She's 11.

So I bought her a whole Rump for her birthday..... but she won't be having
it all in one hit!!

I've sliced it up into dinosaur steaks, and will cook them over the next
4-5 days for her.

The whole Rump was on sale for $4.99kg..... and I'd looked at doggie-type
food for a special treat for her, and things like ox hearts, and lamb
hearts were between $5-6kg, for a small 400gm packet.

So...... she got a 3.5kg Rump :-)

Cooked one up tonight, grilled it in the cast iron wok, boiled up one of
her other favourites.... spiral pasta, chopped the dinosaur steak into
managable chunks, mixed with the pasta, poured over the pan juices, and
added some leftover stirfried veges (with an oyster sauce base).

Man...... did she hoe into that!!!

10mins later, I checked her food bowl...... it was licked clean!!

She sure likes her BBQ'd/grilled medium rare steaks :-)

Took some pics, but the camera is downstairs, and I couldn't be arsed
going back down to get it.
