It would be the same as crab rangoon, but with salmon.
I think you need to cook the salmon first, to drive out
the water. I really like the combination of cream cheese
and salmon, and I think this would be an excellent
substitution. I think I made this 10 or 15 years ago,
using salmon I barbequed.
