Curry powder is good, with a bit of brown sugar added, in sour cream for
a dressing for fruit salad.
I often add it to homemade chicken-rice soup and my dad's arroz de
frango (arroz con pollo.)
My first taste of curry was at a Goan* restaurant in Lisbon in 1960
and it was love at first taste.
