To hypoglycemic and/or diabetic, would you share your tips/info with me (w.r.t needing to very early morning while still needing to sleep)?

What do you take?
I was glad to read this as I was seriously considering going back on
Metformin for weight loss. My Dr. prescribes it to all of her over
weight patients with insulin resistance.
