Good recipe. Not at all addictive -- I've been eating it all my
life. With shrimp. May try it with fried rice one of these days just
for fun. The sauce can be varied to complement other things.
Increase the garlic and black beans and decrease the liquid and you
have something excellent with asparagus. -aem
