The bulbs on these basters are just crap.

They last only a couple of years.

This was a nice stainless baster with an injection needle. And I used
it for degreasing, injecting, and for basting.

But the bulb, as with all of it's predecessors, got dry and cracked.

Just before Thanksgiving, of course.

I can replace it, I suppose, for under $10usd, but... what about those
silicon-bulb basters? Do they last longer?

Or maybe there's some better baster.
