When's the season? (Yes, I could google it, but I'll just ask.) We had
some live ones a couple days ago, and they were DELICIOUS. I was a
little surprised how salty they were (we didn't salt the water for
boiling), but man, that was good. Gross (the killing and cleaning part,
I mean, which I hadn't done before), but delicious.
