Well, my employer's Internet at this facility *deserves* to be mocked. After
being connected for six hours, I've received 1700 packets. It took four
minutes just to download your post!

I did consider other phrases, but "Internet mocker" seemed less cumbersome
than "person who participates in online forums and laughs mockingly at a
thick-witted British Columbian plagiarist for his stupidity, ineptitude,
illiteracy, and the shittiness of his web site, then introduces the term
'butt-hurt' to describe the pompous, sullen, and impotent responses."
