When you live alone and most of your cooking is for one, you don't often
have all of these ingredients on hand. So after I'd put away today's
delivery from Pea Pod, I realized that I had:

a fresh loaf of PF sandwich bread,
a new package of bacon,
some crisp iceberg lettuce,
a very ripe tomato and, of course,
a jar of Hellman's mayonnaise.

It wasn't a Big Ol' BLT, but it sure made a hell of a nice lunch.
