Baked Kale?

My wife likes these a lot -- she made a huge batch for our neighborhood
cookout last Sunday, and people loved them. She bakes them spread on a
cooling rack in a jelly roll pan, but at 250 F until crisp.
No special attention needed to keep them from touching, in our
experience.
