I think it's a good idea. Most of us could stand to lose a few pounds
and it's always nice to do it with a friend. I went on WW after my
second child, lost around 30 pounds and ate well while doing it. I
had purchased a WW cookbook and used many of the recipes from that.
We ate a lot of my recipe chicken soup and my recipe home made rolls
too. It wasn't a spectacular weight loss, but it was within the
parameters of what WW says is healthy of 1-2 pounds per week.
