It's possible to eat pretty normal food when on a WW diet. My sister
was on it, and I stayed with her a couple of weeks. I wasn't trying to
lose weight, and was just fine on it. There were differences. I'd put
mayo on my sandwich when she would use just mustard, and I'd put butter
on some things and she wouldn't, but the basic food put on the table was
the same.
