Ace always seems to have canning supplies year round. I know that if I
can't find stuff anywhere else (Walmart here only has canning supplies
during the summer) I can go there and pick up jars or pectin. They also
carry replacement parts like seals and over-pressure plugs and weights for
my pressure canner.
